Service rep very helpful when I arrived at appt. However the same issues that I have previously had still exists. Receptionist/scheduler was told I wanted 30,000 mile service. I received email confirming "oil change, rotate tires and txm basic. When I called for clarification I was transferred to a number that told me that person wasn't available and ended the call. I did a reply email and still have not had a response to my concerns but have received 4 unsolicited annoying emails from people at legacy.

I would absolutely use Legacy Toyota in the future. My dealer Benny Watson did not pounce on me like a lot of other salesmen and I appreciate that!!!

Was my first purchase without someone else with me as a sounding board. I did my research and had a good idea of what I wanted and what I was wiling to pay. Brannon showed me just what I was looking for and made the buying process a smooth one. All the sales people were friendly and truly wanted me to leave happy.... job well done

My 2013 Prius with 150,000 miles was beginning to ride a little rough. Legacy git it right. Feels like a new car. good service good people. My only complaint about all Toyota dealers and it’s probably true of every type of dealer is that they try to sell you on other services and the pricing tends to be higher but they seemingly always give you back a car in tip top shape and to me that is most important.

From the moment I entered Legacy Toyota’s Service Department I was quite impressed with the employees’ professionalism, the quality of service (fast and efficient), and the ambience in the building. Alan Blackburn was great! It was a good experience!
