COVID-19 Update

Thank you for your past and continued business with Legacy Toyota. Your patronage has contributed to our company maintaining its leadership position as the top selling new vehicle dealership in the Big Bend area for the past 10 years.

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, I want to inform all of you of the special efforts we are making on your behalf. The safety and health of our employees and customers have always been a top priority at Legacy. While we have always maintained our facilities in a clean and orderly manner, we have stepped up our efforts to ensure that you, our customers and guests, feel an extra level of comfort when you visit our company. Throughout each day, special staff are cleaning and disinfecting all high touch areas within the facilities. These areas include all handles and bars on all our doors, tops and rails of all chairs, coffee tables, bar tops and counters, tops of all furniture partitions, and certainly all of our bathroom facilities. In addition, all customer vehicles in our Service Department have the steering wheels and door handles wiped thoroughly upon completion of work and before delivery. Also, hand sanitizers are kept throughout the public areas within the dealership and their use is encouraged for all employees, customers and guests.

Finally, as an added service for the convenience of all of you, for the time being we are offering free pickup and delivery to all of our customers who need their vehicles serviced but feel uncomfortable coming to the dealership. You may request this option when you call 850-558-2300 to make your appointment or simply type it in the notes section of the online appointment service tab available at However, if you agree to drop your vehicle off to us directly, we will give you a 10% discount off regular priced services or an additional 5% off any current special offers. And for those of you in need of paint and body work in our Toyota Certified Collision Center, we will offer you free pickup and delivery as well as a 10% discount off all non-insurance related work. Also, anyone interested in the possible purchase of any of our fine new and used vehicles may use our online Express Store to start and complete their purchase remotely from the comfort of their home or office. This service is available through our company website as well. We will deliver the vehicle directly to you. You may also request a test drive of any vehicle and we will come to you.
